Role Purpose
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Marketing and strategic projects across Supercell’s FTTH business. The role ensures cross-functional alignment, timely delivery, and achievement of business objectives, supporting the CMO in driving growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to new product launches, partnerships, promotions, and customer experience improvements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in alignment with commercial goals.
- Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Technical, Customer Care, and Finance to ensure project success.
- Track and report project status, risks, and progress to the CMO with clear recommendations.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the operations director in managing high-priority strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven project management experience, preferably in telecom/ISP/technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP certification is a plus).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
