Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing and communication plans in line with company goals.
- Identify target audiences and set campaign objectives for all MarCom projects.
- Coordinate with product, sales, and customer care teams to ensure integrated planning.
Campaign Management
- Oversee online and offline campaigns including media buying, influencer collaborations, events, and promotions.
- Consolidate inputs from all MarCom sub-units (media, creative, events, PR) into cohesive plans.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring brand consistency.
Digital Marketing
- Supervise social media content, community management, and paid advertising.
- Monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and reach.
- Work with designers, content creators, and agencies to optimize our digital presence.
Market Research & Insights
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitor activities.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to refine targeting and messaging.
- Prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations for improvement.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise junior marketing staff and interns.
- Liaise with agencies, vendors, and media partners for strategic alignment.
- Facilitate smooth communication between creative, media, and activation teams.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or communications, preferably in telecom, technology, or digital services.
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, influencer marketing).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic planning and campaign management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
- Solid analytical and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and consistent brand application.
