Digital Transformation Specialist

Role Overview
The Digital Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s loyalty program, website content, and mobile application content to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program
• Develop and implement digital campaigns to increase user engagement and reward redemption
• Monitor program performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work with internal teams to create and publish new promotions, product details, and service updates
• Manage content displayed on the mobile app
• Ensure timely updates of offers, banners, and service notifications
• Regularly report on KPIs, campaign performance, and customer insights to executive leadership.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in the ISP sector, preferably with exposure to the Iraqi market.
• Good understanding of consumer behavior and ISP trends in Iraq.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
