MarCom Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing and communication plans in line with company goals.
  • Identify target audiences and set campaign objectives for all MarCom projects.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, and customer care teams to ensure integrated planning.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee online and offline campaigns including media buying, influencer collaborations, events, and promotions.
  • Consolidate inputs from all MarCom sub-units (media, creative, events, PR) into cohesive plans.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring brand consistency.

Digital Marketing

  • Supervise social media content, community management, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversion rates, and reach.
  • Work with designers, content creators, and agencies to optimize our digital presence.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitor activities.
  • Leverage customer data and analytics to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with recommendations for improvement.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise junior marketing staff and interns.
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and media partners for strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between creative, media, and activation teams.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or communications, preferably in telecom, technology, or digital services.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events, influencer marketing).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic planning and campaign management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills.
  • Solid analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and consistent brand application.
